How do I know the price I'm quoted is what I'll actually pay?

It's in writing before you sign. Your booking agreement documents the full price, with no additional charges at possession, no floor-rise fees and no hidden amenity costs. Ask to see it at your first meeting.

What is the payment plan after booking?

Payment is linked to construction milestones. The full structure is shared in writing at your first meeting, before you're asked to commit to anything.

Which banks have approved your projects for home loans?

ICICI Bank, Bajaj Finserv, Piramal Finance, Aditya Birla Capital, Aavas, GIC Housing Finance, Adhaar Housing Finance and SMFG India Credit. Each lender runs its own due diligence on the developer and on the specific project before it approves home loans there.

Can I visit the construction site before I decide?

Yes. You walk the actual site with someone from our team who knows the build in detail, at whatever stage it has reached.

Are there customisation options for the home?

Depending on the construction stage when you book, we may be able to accommodate changes to finishes and fittings. This is discussed at your first meeting once we understand your requirements.
